How do I activate my account?

The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk / spam folder.

How can I change my shipping address?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?

Members should expect to receive their orders within two (2) to ten (10) business days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received. Plus Members are eligible for 2-day shipping on selected items. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

What is the accumulated delivery fee for? how much is the handling fee?

The flat-rate delivery fee is KYD10.00 for Island wide deliveries. There are no additional handling fees or material and logistics fees.

What are the payment methods available?

We only accept Credit/Debit cards and COD (Cash On Delivery) on selected items.

What is your returns policy?

You have the right to cancel your purchases within a period of 10 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. We only want the goods in the same condition as you received them with original labels still attached. All items returned should include the completed return note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
